Doctors at the Cranbourne Park Family Care Clinic bulk bill all Medicare enrolled patients for eligible services. Non Medicare items are privately charged and payment is required on the day.
If you are happy with our services and would like all of your medical records to be transferred from your previous provider, simply complete the ‘History Transfers’ form and one of our friendly receptionists will ensure your details are received promptly. This can be done in person at the clinic or by downloading it now and bringing it along to your next appointment.
We appreciate that there may be times where an appointment may not be able to be kept. If this is the case, please advise us as soon as possible so that someone else can utilize the appointment. If you fail to attend your appointment without notifying us, you will receive a non-attendance fee. This will be required to be paid before further appointments are made.

Upon pre-arrangement with your Doctor, in exceptional circumstances some patients may be accommodated with a home visit if they live in Cranbourne. Please discuss this with your Doctor before inquiring regarding a booking.
Come prepared with…
- A clear idea of what you hope to cover
- A list of all the medications you are taking, including prescriptions, non-prescriptions and herbal medicines. Check the number of repeat scripts you still have so these can be updated if necessary. If it is your first time with this doctor be prepare to give a family history.
- If you think you need more than 10-15 minutes with your doctor, please book a Long appointment with the reception.
- If you wish to deal with several separate issues please consider making a separate appointment for each issue.
- Ask the doctor to write down any specific directions about which you may be unsure.
- At the end of the consultation, be clear whether a follow up appointment is required.
- Minor surgical procedures require a double appointment with both the Nurse and the Doctor, please be sure you ask to make both appointments.
Cranbourne Park Family Care Clinic is located in busy Cranbourne Park Shopping Centre, next to McDonald’s in the food court.
There is ample car parking at Cranbourne Park Shopping Centre. For best access, we recommend parking on the rooftop or at the food court entrance.
To obtain the results of any tests, please make a further appointment with your Doctor. Please ask the Doctor at the time of your appointment how long it will take for these results to be received by the clinic so that a convenient appointment time can be made.
To maintain confidentiality, results will not be given over the phone except in special circumstances.
Be sure to securely store your referrals or prescriptions as there is a cost for the Doctor to re-print these.
The Doctors may take phone calls relating to you or your family’s health however, whilst Doctors are in consultation reception are happy to take a message for the Doctor.

We have an auto SMS reminder system in place for your convenience. Should you not wish to be notified with a reminder please be sure to tell the reception desk.
We operate a computer based medical record system. Should any of your personal details, address etc change, please ask to have your records amended.
